Fascia board replacement
New fascia where the gutter line has cupped, split, or pulled the hangers loose.
Rotted wood repairs
We cut back to sound wood. Covering rot with aluminum is not the repair.
Exterior trim finishing
Rake boards, corners, and eave trim finished so the new work meets the old without a raw edge.
Ventilation-related soffit improvements
Intake at the eave when the attic has none, so the roof assembly can dry.
A good time to call
- Paint keeps blistering on the fascia, or a gutter is pulling away.
- Birds, bees, or daylight show through the soffit.
- The attic has no intake and the underside of the roof deck is damp.
